1. Overview
The Von Der Becke Academy Corp offers custom corporate campaign services through the Hundredfold Challenge platform. Organizations can create campaigns immediately to raise awareness as they see fit. This disclosure outlines the terms, conditions, requirements, and fee structure for all campaigns.
2. Campaign Creation & Monitoring
Campaigns are created immediately upon submission. Organizations can begin raising awareness and recruiting participants right away. However, all campaigns are subject to ongoing monitoring:
- Campaigns are reviewed for compliance with our 501(c)(3) mission
- Ongoing monitoring ensures campaigns serve the greater good
- Campaigns must align with our values of equality, opportunity, and genuine impact
- Any violations of terms or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination
⚠️ Important Policy on Inappropriate Campaigns
Campaigns raising money for nefarious purposes, those not serving the greater good, or deemed inappropriate will be immediately closed. Funds collected from terminated campaigns will NOT be turned over to organizers. Instead, all contributions will be repurposed for other approved campaigns that align with our mission. By creating a campaign, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We reserve the right to terminate any campaign that does not align with our mission, violates our terms of service, presents compliance concerns, or is deemed inappropriate by our board of directors. Campaign organizers will be notified of termination decisions.
3. Administrative Fee Structure
Standard Fee Disclosure
A standard 10% administrative fee applies to all campaign contributions in most cases. This fee is subject to change at the discretion of The Von Der Becke Academy Corp board of directors based on operational needs, campaign scope, or other relevant factors.
What the Fee Covers
The 10% administrative fee supports essential campaign operations:
- Platform Infrastructure: Secure hosting, database management, and technical systems
- Campaign Tools: Custom referral codes, tracking dashboards, and analytics
- Payment Processing: Secure transaction handling and financial administration
- Support Services: Technical assistance and campaign guidance
- Compliance Monitoring: Ongoing review to ensure mission alignment
What Fees Cover
Administrative fees support:
- Campaign setup and technical implementation
- Custom referral code generation and tracking
- Branded campaign pages and materials
- Real-time analytics and reporting dashboards
- Dedicated account support and campaign management
- Payment processing and financial administration
- Compliance monitoring and reporting
- Platform maintenance and technical support
4. Board Authority & Fee Changes
The Von Der Becke Academy Corp board of directors reserves the right to:
- Modify the standard 10% administrative fee at any time
- Adjust fee structures with 30 days notice to active campaigns
- Set different fee rates for specific organizations or campaign types when warranted
- Waive or reduce fees for aligned nonprofit partners at board discretion
- Increase fees for campaigns requiring extraordinary resources or oversight
- Review and adjust fees based on operational costs and platform sustainability
All fee determinations are final and at the sole discretion of the board. By creating a campaign, organizers acknowledge that fees are subject to change and agree to any modifications with proper notice.
5. Campaign Requirements
Minimum Standards
- Minimum recruitment goal of 10 participants
- Designated campaign manager/point of contact
- Valid business email and phone number
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local fundraising regulations
- Adherence to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Prohibited Activities
Campaign organizers may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about the program or its benefits
- Misrepresent the nature of contributions (these are donations, not investments)
- Use spam, automated systems, or coercive tactics for recruitment
- Discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or other protected classes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Compliance & Legal Requirements
State Fundraising Registration
Certain states require charitable organizations to register before soliciting donations. Campaign organizers acknowledge that The Von Der Becke Academy Corp maintains necessary registrations and that all contributions benefit our 501(c)(3) mission.
Tax Deductibility
As a 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID: 46-1005883), contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We provide receipts for all donations. Campaign participants should consult their tax advisors regarding deductibility.
Google Ads & Digital Advertising
If campaigns utilize Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms, all advertising must:
- Comply with Google's Nonprofit and Charity advertising policies
- Include required disclosures about charitable status
- Accurately represent the nature of donations and their use
- Include our 501(c)(3) status and Tax ID when required
- Not make prohibited claims about guaranteed returns or investments
- Follow all platform-specific advertising guidelines and restrictions
CAN-SPAM Compliance
All campaign-related emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender information, clear subject lines, and functional unsubscribe mechanisms.
7. Data & Privacy
Campaign organizers acknowledge that:
- All participant data remains property of The Von Der Becke Academy Corp
- Campaign organizers receive aggregate analytics, not individual participant data
- Participant information is protected under our Privacy Policy
- Campaign data may be used for reporting and organizational improvement
- Sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely
8. Campaign Termination & Fund Repurposing
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any campaign that:
- Raises money for nefarious purposes or illegal activities
- Does not serve the greater good or our 501(c)(3) mission
- Is deemed inappropriate by our board of directors
- Violates these terms or our general Terms of Service
- Engages in fraudulent or misleading practices
- Fails to meet compliance requirements
- Presents reputational risk to our organization
- Becomes inactive or fails to meet minimum participation thresholds
Fund Repurposing Policy
In the event a campaign is terminated for inappropriate conduct, nefarious purposes, or failure to serve the greater good:
- ALL funds collected will be retained by The Von Der Becke Academy Corp
- Funds will NOT be returned to campaign organizers
- Contributions will be repurposed to support other approved campaigns
- Repurposed funds will advance our core mission of equality and opportunity
- This policy protects our 501(c)(3) status and ensures donor intent is honored
Campaign organizers acknowledge and accept this policy upon campaign creation. All contributions are donations to our nonprofit organization and may be redirected to best serve our mission.
Administrative fees already collected are non-refundable in all circumstances. Terminated campaign organizers may not create new campaigns without explicit board approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
Campaign organizers acknowledge that The Von Der Becke Academy Corp provides campaign tools and services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for campaign outcomes, recruitment results, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign participation.
10. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By creating a campaign, organizers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Campaign Disclosure & Policy, including:
- The standard 10% administrative fee (subject to change)
- The board's authority to monitor, modify fees, and terminate campaigns
- The fund repurposing policy for terminated campaigns
- That inappropriate campaigns will result in forfeiture of all collected funds
- That all contributions are donations to our 501(c)(3) organization
- That campaign termination decisions are final and at board discretion
By proceeding with campaign creation, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your campaign serves the greater good and aligns with our mission.
