1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and participating in the Hundredfold Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. About the Program

The Hundredfold Challenge is a faith-based giving program operated by The Von Der Becke Academy Corp, a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 46-1005883). The program is inspired by biblical principles of sowing and reaping (Matthew 13:8).

Participants contribute to the program with the understanding that funds support our nonprofit mission and education initiatives. This is not an investment program and no financial returns are guaranteed.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete payment for your chosen challenge tier ($1, $5, or $10)
• Agree to participate in good faith according to program guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive referral practices

4. Payment and Contributions

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you acknowledge that:

• Your contribution is a donation to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Contributions are non-refundable once payment is processed
• Payment processing fees are assessed to the contributor
• You are not purchasing a product or service with guaranteed returns
• You may be eligible for tax deductions as permitted by law (consult your tax advisor)

5. Referral Program

Participants receive a unique referral code to invite others. Referral guidelines:

• Maximum of 10 referrals per participant
• Referrals must be genuine participants, not fake accounts
• Referrals complete the program when all 10 referral slots are filled
• We reserve the right to void referrals that violate these terms
• No spam, misleading claims, or coercive tactics are permitted

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the program as an investment or money-making scheme
• Create multiple accounts or fake referrals
• Use automated systems or bots to manipulate the program
• Harass, abuse, or spam others while promoting the program
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by The Von Der Becke Academy Corp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

NO WARRANTIES: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: The Hundredfold Challenge is not investment advice or a financial product. Participation is voluntary and based on faith principles, not financial returns.

SPIRITUAL NATURE: References to biblical principles and "hundredfold returns" are spiritual concepts, not guarantees of financial gain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Von Der Becke Academy Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the program or other participants.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
